Macbeth Happy With BAR Rotation Policy

The Land Rover Ben Ainslie Racing team is looking pretty solid.


The manager of the Land Rover BAR team is happy for the team to be taking part in the Great Sound in Bermuda. Jono Macbeth the team manager is having a good time with the crew of the BAR team. He is happy to be part of the team that is taking part against the Emirates Team New Zealand and the French team.

The experience that Macbeth has in the America’s Cup racing will be of great help to the Land Rover BAR team. They are relying on him to guide them through the race at the Great Sound and to help them lift the Auld Cup. The 44-year-old Macbeth has won three America’s Cup in his career so far, and therefore his inputs will be like gold to the BAR team. This is why he is included in the team to sail against France and New Zealand.

It was Sir Ben Ainslie, who called Macbeth to help him build a strong team for this dream BAR project then. Macbeth has always ready to get in the boat whenever needed. The BAR team was not doing well and had suffered four defeats in the tenant times. This is why he was called to sail with the team. The skipper, Ainslie, and David Carr are very happy to see Macbeth at the helm of affairs.

Macbeth entry helped the team to win a race. He said that he has a very close relationship with Ben and understand how to deal with touch and pressure situations. He is happy that all the guys in the boat including Ben and tactician Giles Scott did their part last weekend and into this week to make the BAR team proud. He says that a good and responsive team is needed to enjoy America’s Cup success.
